The Judging Committee for West Virginia Young Writers Contest 2023 is pleased to announce that Hadleigh Wright’s entry was awarded first place at the grade 1-2 level for the wonderful entry, The Snowy Wish.
Hadleigh and her teacher Brittany Porter will be recognized at the Celebration of Young Writers Day in May, at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia.
