In prior years, paper copies of Form 1095-C were automatically provided to employees by March 2. An alternative method of furnishing these statements is now in effect.
Employees may request a copy of their form 1095-C by emailing Tammie Hope at thope@k12.wv.us.
Requested statements will be provided no later than January 31, 2026 or within 30 days of the request, whichever is later.
