Grant County Schools would like to inform families that a newly released online Student Transfer Form must be completed for the 2026–2027 school year if you reside outside of Grant County or outside of your assigned school zone and wish for your child to attend a specific school within Grant County. This is for ALL transfer students, even if you have been enrolled here for the child's entire school career.
Completion of this form is required for consideration of attendance approval. If the online Student Transfer Form is not submitted by the deadline, your child may not be approved to attend a Grant County school for the 2026–2027 school year.

This updated process is being implemented for this year only to assist district administration in determining staffing and personnel needs for the upcoming school year. Having accurate enrollment projections is critical to ensuring we appropriately allocate teachers and resources to best serve our students.
The online Student Transfer Form must be completed no later than March 13, 2026. We strongly encourage families to submit the form as soon as possible to avoid any delays in processing.
