Darius Stark, Abbi Kifer, Kristy Rohrbaugh and Melissa Smouse attended the state Handle With Care Conference in Charleston. There were roughly 1300 participants from across the state and nation that learned about trauma and how to effectively implement Handle With Care in their districts.
