Attention winter athletes, parents, and guardians:

Before you are cleared to participate this winter, you will need to register on FamilyID where you can upload all the necessary documents. You DO NOT need to register again if you already did so for a Fall sport. 

It is important that you upload a picture of both sides of your physical and the physical is signed (three different areas).

1. Type in 'Petersburg' and the state

1. Should see Petersburg pop up- Click the link under 'program'

1. Click 'Register Now' 
2. Complete all required fields
